De Paoli has been passionate about making butter for over fifty years.
Over those years we have built up a highly motivated workforce dedicated to professional development and to the highest standards.
Our production policy is one of continuous improvement. On average, in just one year we perform over 12,000 tests on incoming raw materials, over 20,000 tests during the production process, and over 50,000 tests on the end product, to say nothing of the continuous monitoring of production parameters.
And even that is not enough! We are determined to guarantee that our butter is always as good as we want it to be. That is why we have applied our own quality objectives to our suppliers too, asking them to join us in adopting a rigorous quality system based on the strictest procedures.
Self-checking is rigorous and extensive, and based on clearly defined procedures throughout the production chain to guarantee the very best flavour, aroma and texture as well as the strictest standards of hygiene in all our butters, traditional, organic and salted.
